1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Esagibelle Drawing Courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

• Course enrollment requires completion of registration form and payment
• Places are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• Class sizes are limited and enrollment is first-come, first-served

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at time of enrollment unless payment plan is arranged
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• Course fees are non-transferable between students

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

• Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancelled 7-13 days before course start date
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days before course start date
• Medical emergencies considered on case-by-case basis

Course Cancellations by Esagibelle

• We reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Full refund provided for courses cancelled by Esagibelle
• Alternative course dates will be offered when possible

4. Class Attendance and Conduct

Attendance Requirements

• Regular attendance is essential for course completion
• Make-up classes may be arranged for excused absences
• No refunds for missed classes due to student absence

Student Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is required
• Mobile phones should be silenced during classes
• Photography/recording during classes requires instructor permission
• Disruptive behavior may result in course dismissal without refund

5. Materials and Equipment

• Basic materials are included in course fees unless otherwise specified
• Students may need to purchase additional supplies for advanced courses
• Art supplies are available for purchase through our store
• Students are responsible for care of borrowed equipment

6. Intellectual Property

Course Materials

• All course materials are proprietary to Esagibelle Drawing Courses
• Reproduction or distribution of course materials is prohibited
• Students retain ownership of their original artwork

Portfolio Use

• We may request permission to use student artwork for promotional purposes
• Students will be credited for any work used in marketing materials
• Permission can be withdrawn at any time

7. Liability and Insurance

• Students participate in classes at their own risk
• Esagibelle maintains public liability insurance
• We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage
• Medical conditions that may affect participation should be disclosed

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• Student information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Personal information will not be shared without consent
• Marketing communications can be opted out at any time

9. Course Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors
• Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled students
• Course substitutions of equal value may be offered

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Esagibelle Drawing Courses shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
